RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
We are committed to our customer service and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason then we will happily arrange an exchange. No refunds are offered on change of mind, so please choose carefully. However, refunds and store credits may be offered on a case by case basis.
If an item is damaged in the secure Courier Post service Cameron Jewellery will replace the item within 10 working days of notification and return of the damaged item. All courier costs will be covered by Cameron Jewellery. Any item returned must be in the original packaging and be in reasonable condition.
As a member of the Jewellers and Watchmakers of NZ Inc. Cameron Jewellery promise to remedy promptly and equitably any genuine cause for dissatisfaction, honouring to the fullest, all guarantees or undertakings given as to quality or service. This is reflective of the Consumer Guarantees Act, New Zealand.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
Once an order has been confirmed it is unable to be cancelled. Once placing your order you will receive and email to notify you that your order has been confirmed, and from this time it is unable to be cancelled and your payment will be processed and your purchase shipped to you.
