Hand-Crafted Design
Bring us a sketch, a photo, an inspiration — or just a feeling. Our goldsmiths will work with you to design and handcraft a piece that's entirely your own, made on-site in our King Street workshop.
Jewellery Remodelling
That inherited ring. The bracelet you never wear. We can reimagine pieces you already love into something you'll reach for every day — all while honouring the story behind them.
We're not just here for the sale
Because the story doesn't end at the sale. We're here for the cleaning, the resizing, and everything that keeps your jewellery part of your life.
Clean & Check
Your jewellery works hard. Clasps flex, claws shift, metals wear — slowly enough that you'd never notice, until something goes missing. We recommend bringing your pieces in at least once a year. Pick a birthday, an anniversary, any date that's easy to remember. $20 for most pieces, or free for anything we've made.
Repairs
Chain repair, soldered earring, broken clasp — all done on-site, by the jewellers you can walk up and talk to. No middleman, no guessing. Rhodium plating available every Wednesday for $70 per ring.
Valuations
For insurance purposes, we work with registered valuer and gemologist Nicholas Tsalis, who appraises and photographs your pieces with care. For jewellery we've made in-store, Jessie and Sam can value on the premises. Either way, you're covered.
Pearl Threading
Loose pearls or a strand that needs rethreading — we work with Peka in Christchurch, one of New Zealand's most respected pearl specialists with over 40 years in the trade. We also carry an extensive range of pearls in-store if you're starting fresh.
Insurance & Afterloss
We hope you never need this. But if something is lost, stolen, or damaged, we'll work alongside your insurer to replace it. We know how distressing an afterloss claim can be — come in, sit with us, and we'll work through it quietly. Keeping up-to-date valuations and photos of your most precious pieces makes the process a little easier if the worst does happen.
Ring Resizing
We hope you never need this. But if something is lost, stolen, or damaged, we'll work alongside your insurer to replace it.
