Sterling Silver Mokume Gane swirl pendant in Reg, Gold, Orange and Black

Mokume gane is a Japanese metalworking technique where layers of different colored metals are fused together to create a unique, wood-grain-like pattern. This intricate process, which originated in 17th century Japan for decorating samurai swords, now produces unique jewelry and decorative items by carefully heating, pressing, and manipulating the metal layers to reveal beautiful, organic patterns.

The Pendant is made from a continous piece of metal wrapped around itself, and is 20mm wide x 1mm thick and the total size is 3.8cm x 2 cm.
