New Zealand Customers
Delivery
Shipping is free for all orders over $100, with a flat rate of $7 for orders under that. Prefer to skip the wait? Choose Click & Collect at checkout — it's free, no matter your order amount.
We send every parcel with New Zealand Post's signature-required Track & Trace service, so your jewellery is covered every step of the way. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.
Please allow 3 days for delivery after your order is confirmed (4 days for rural addresses).
Signature on Delivery
Because we're sending jewellery, someone needs to be there to sign for it. If no one's available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery — rural customers can also collect from their nearest Post Shop for convenience.
Payment Options
You can pay securely through our online store using:
- Internet Banking
- Visa or Mastercard
- Payment on Collection
All card transactions are processed securely and authorised by Shopify New Zealand. Please note, we're unable to accept American Express.
Once your payment is approved, you'll receive an order confirmation along with your tracking details.
International Customers
We don't currently offer international shipping through our website — but we'd still love to help you find something special. If you're overseas and have your eye on a piece, get in touch and we'll arrange payment and shipping for you personally.
