Step 1. Tell us the story
Bring in your piece and tell us what it means to you. Which parts matter most — the stone, the metal, an engraving? We'll listen first, design second.
Step 2: Design together
We'll talk through what's possible with what you've got, sketch out ideas, and land on a design that feels like you — not just a repaired version of the old one.
Step 3: Handcrafted transformation
Once you're happy with the design, we get to work in our on-site workshop, carefully reworking your existing metal and stones into their new form.

Every custom piece is handcrafted in our on-site workshop by our experienced jewellers. From fabrication to hand-setting stones, we oversee every stage of the process to ensure exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
What if the piece is damaged or the stones are loose?
Work directly with our jewellers, Sam and James, throughout the design process. We'll take the time to understand your ideas, offer expert guidance, and create a piece that perfectly reflects your vision.
How much does remodelling cost compared to a custom piece?
Have jewellery you no longer wear? We can incorporate your existing gold, gemstones, or heirloom pieces into a new design, giving treasured materials a fresh purpose while preserving their sentimental value.
Will you keep the sentimental parts, like the original stone?
